k8999 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "k8999" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at k8999.io and all associated mobile or web-based interfaces available to players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, applications, games, and services made available by k8999.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register a k8999 account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the k8999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by k8999 under specific terms and conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "Verification" or "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by k8999 before processing withdrawals or large deposits.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k8999. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

k8999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the k8999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold a k8999 account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of k8999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether voluntary or imposed, that covers k8999 or the category of gambling products it offers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

k8999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a Player's registration or subsequent use of the Platform. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of k8999 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

Each individual Player is entitled to hold only one registered account on k8999 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. k8999 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close any such accounts without prior notice.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be in your own legal name. Accounts registered in a fictitious name or on behalf of another person will be closed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details remain current. k8999 will communicate important account notices to your registered email address.
• k8999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, k8999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at k8999's discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document such as a National ID card, valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name, front of Visa/Mastercard with middle digits obscured).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document where requested.

k8999 will endeavour to complete verification reviews within two business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during any open verification review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a verification request may result in account suspension.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k8999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k8999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at k8999's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above ৳100,000 may trigger an enhanced KYC review. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by k8999's payment processor. k8999 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. k8999 will only process withdrawals to a payment method previously used to deposit funds on the account, and which has been verified as belonging to the account holder. k8999 reserves the right to apply additional AML checks before approving any withdrawal request.

• Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once, unless k8999 explicitly waives this requirement in writing.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before processing is complete, in which case the funds are returned to the account balance.
• k8999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or mobile financial service provider outages.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction activity, k8999 reserves the right to freeze a Player's account and withhold funds pending investigation.

7 Betting Rules

k8999 offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events) and casino gaming. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game on k8999, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game-specific rules displayed on the Platform at the time of play.

General betting rules that apply across all k8999 sportsbook markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be amended or cancelled after confirmation unless k8999 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature on that specific market.
• k8999 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where market data has been corrupted, or where the result of an event has been subject to confirmed corruption or match-fixing.
• In the event of a disputed result, k8999's decision — informed by the relevant governing body's official ruling — is final and binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at k8999's discretion. k8999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket markets follow ICC rules for official result determination unless otherwise stated in the individual market rules.

Casino games on k8999 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or certified live dealer streams. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. Casino game results are final once the game round has concluded.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

k8999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. The availability, value, and terms of individual bonuses are set out in the specific promotional materials associated with each offer. The following general principles apply to all k8999 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement (playthrough) before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for sports bonuses is 5x the bonus amount on cumulative qualifying bets. Casino bonuses typically carry a 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, which is typically 7 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless k8999 explicitly permits the stacking of multiple promotional offers.
• k8999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting to lock in profits from bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

9 Responsible Gaming

k8999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. k8999 strongly encourages Players to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and seek help if gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm.

k8999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a longer period may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed and the Player will be blocked from re-registering.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders that display net win/loss figures for the current session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the k8999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by k8999.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption or collusion with other Players or third parties designed to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's account or to any part of k8999's back-end systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed or risk-free profit, commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage exploitation".
• Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or otherwise submitting fraudulent information to k8999 at any stage of registration or verification.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent for undisclosed principals, or operating any form of betting syndicate through a single account.
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that violates applicable law in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the k8999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of k8999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

k8999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without k8999's prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes or in a manner that competes with k8999's business.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

k8999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k8999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. k8999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance but shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

k8999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on k8999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k8999 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

k8999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights as a Player — k8999 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address before the new Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that expand rather than restrict your rights), k8999 may implement the change immediately with notice provided simultaneously. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law under the jurisdiction of k8999's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by k8999's licensing authority. k8999's decisions regarding account balances, bet settlements, and bonus awards are final unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process.
